Terms and Services Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or registering with Quest Board, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

Quest Board provides an online platform for Quest Posters to post tasks or jobs ("Quests") and for Quest Workers to accept and perform these Quests. The Platform is limited to facilitating connections and does not involve itself in the contractual relationship between Quest Posters and Quest Workers. Rewards are not guaranteed by Quest Board.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Quest Posters:

• Ensure all posted Quests comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the Quests, including timelines, compensation, and any requirements.
• Fulfill payment obligations as agreed upon with the Quest Worker.

3.2 Quest Workers:

• Perform accepted Quests in a professional, timely, and lawful manner.
• Communicate clearly with Quest Posters about expectations and progress.
• Ensure that all necessary qualifications, licenses, or permits required to perform a Quest are obtained.

3.3 General:

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
• Any agreements or contracts formed between Quest Posters and Quest Workers are strictly between the respective parties.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting or accepting Quests that involve illegal, unethical, or dangerous activities.
• Misrepresenting qualifications, capabilities, or availability.
• Engaging in fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Using the Platform to promote unrelated services, products, or spam.

Quest Board reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment and Fees

Quest Board may charge service fees for facilitating transactions on the Platform. Users are responsible for any fees incurred and are encouraged to review applicable fee structures before posting or accepting a Quest. All payment disputes are to be resolved between the Quest Poster and Quest Worker unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on Quest Board are the property of Quest Board or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform’s content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Quest Board acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or completion of Quests. Quest Board does not conduct background checks or verify the identity of users; exercise caution when interacting with others. Quest Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quest Board is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of earnings, data, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quest Board, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
• Disputes between you and other users.

10. Termination

Quest Board reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate this Agreement or engage in harmful activities on the Platform.

11. Modifications

Quest Board may update this Agreement from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
