Quest Worker Applicant Terms

Eligibility

Verification and Screening

You authorize identity verification and background screening via third-party provider(s). Approval is not guaranteed.

Background-Check Fees

Some screenings may require a fee. Screening fees are non-refundable, including if your application is denied or withdrawn.

Application Outcomes

We may deny, delay, or revoke Worker status for failed screening criteria, fraud, inaccurate information, legal or policy violations, or safety concerns. Decisions may be final except where law requires otherwise.

Worker Obligations

Independent Status

Quest Workers are not employees of My Quest Board, LLC.

Taxes and Compliance

You are responsible for tax reporting and compliance with applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Worker access for violations, fraud, or safety risks. You may withdraw your application at any time.

Arbitration Agreement

You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your application will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by a recognized arbitral forum pursuant to its rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-Action Waiver

Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. No class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of accepting these terms by sending written notice to support@myquestboard.com. Opt-out does not affect other terms.

Updates

We may update these terms. Continued application or participation after updates means acceptance.
