Privacy
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use it to verify identity, assess eligibility, and maintain platform safety. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized staff and vendors under contract.

Do I need to pay for the background check?
Some markets require a screening fee. If applicable the amount appears before you consent.
Will applying hurt my credit?
No. Employment background checks are not credit applications.
